Lesson Learn: When cooking a recipe from the Jorge "Belly Fat Cure" book always look up points yourself for each items that's used in recipe. Reason being sometime I'm not able to find the exact brand which means your S/C value can change.

S - (2) eggs
L - Homemade Pepperoni Pizza  S/C - 5/1page 103, 1 cups of broccoli florets S/C: 2/0
S - Popcorn S/C - 0/1
D - Shrimp & Pesto Pasta page 143 of the book: S/C- 3/2 (Hint.... lookup your S/C value by item)

Total S/C - 15/6 for today!
