Rhonda's Belly Fat Cure - Day 2

September 16 2010:

This journey begun yesterday evening after work, I needed to shop for healthy foods, off to Kroger I go. Good news, I was able to find some things I wanted. Lesson learned, I need a complete a grocery list. This grocery search needs to be conducted fully on a weekend with a full meal planning for the upcoming week.

B - (2) eggs (2) bacon, (1) Ezekiel 4:9 100 % whole grain bread (3 grams of fiber per slice) S/C- 0/1
S - Turkey 3 oz S/C - 0/0
L - Smokey turkey sandwich S/C- 0/2 Ezekiel 4:9 100 % whole grain bread (3 grams of fiber per slice) , 2 cups of broccoli florets S/C: 4/0
S - Blackberries 1/2 cup S/C- 4/1
D - Shrimp & Pesto Pasta page 143 of the book: S/C- 5/2
