Rhonda's Belly Fat Cure - Day 9

September 23 2010:

Lesson Learn - This was not a good day. If you order food from work cafeteria stick to grilled fish/vegetables or salad /w/protein you choose to make at work. Did check the scale went down .4lbs

B - (1) slices of Ezekial Bread with 3 grams of fiber S/C- 0/1 with Kraft Philadephlia cheese S/C - 1/0, (1) LaTortilla wheat tortilla 0/1 (6 grams of fiber) (1) egg.
S - none :-(
L - Chicken Sandwich on Wheat  Bread: S/C:  Vegetables: 2/0 Life Water S/C - 0/1
S -  none
D - grilled Cod that broke into pieces :-(
Late work night - I normally do not have snacks at night, ice cream sandwich - 15/1
Total S/C -

Week 1 Weigh In: 189.2lbs
Lost: 4.2 lbs 2'' off Waist
